In a video on social media, Manchester United have confirmed the return of Leny Yoro (18) to training at their Carrington training ground. The former Lille defender suffered an early set back during his start to life at Old Trafford after sustaining an injury.
Yoro has been nursing a metatarsal injury, which has kept him out of action for almost four months. The Frenchman is yet to make his debut for the Premier League outfit as a result of the injury he suffered during preseason preparations for the current season. The defender returned to individual training in October but is now back in collective training as Manchester United prepare to face PAOK in the Europa League.
With United receiving the fitness boost of Yoro’s return to training, the Lille academy graduate nears closer to making his debut for the Red Devils. However, he won’t be the only one to debut at Old Trafford in the coming weeks. Fans of the Manchester club have the arrival of newly-appointed Rubèn Amorim to look forward to after the sacking of Erik Ten Hag.
