Leicester City make contact for Inter’s Stefano Sensi | OneFootball

Championship side Leicester City are interested in the possibility of signing Inter midfielder Stefano Sensi.

Sensi is currently at Inter, having returned from his decent loan stint at Monza by the end of last season. He isn’t a regular at the Nerazzurri, as things stand.

Sky Italia state that Leicester’s Italian boss Enzo Maresca is keen on bringing Sensi to the King Power and is pushing for the midfielder to join Leicester this month. The likelihood right now is that Inter will not be resisting any exit for the former Sassuolo man, who has had a poor fitness record since joining.

While the Foxes haven’t made an offer yet, they have only made contact to understand the possibility of signing him and to find about about the potential deal which can be executed.

Sensi has played only 65 minutes in the season so far and is best known for his golden spell early on at the club, after which he suffered a raft of injuries.
