The January transfer window is now just around the corner and clubs are looking at potential plans and players who could be available.

Chelsea could soon end up getting a few enquiries this winter with a big squad of players, but not all of them getting a lot of game time.

Ross Barkley is certainly one of those, and the rumours are starting to grow about interested clubs looking to make a move for him in January.

Leeds United are the latest team to be linked, as The Daily Mail report that the Premier League side are considering approaching Chelsea for a loan move for the England international next month.

Barkley rarely features more than just a spot on the bench for Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea, even recently with all the injuries and fatigue.

This suggests that Chelsea might be open to allowing him to go out on loan this winter.
