Leeds United are interested in bringing in another full-back and a central midfielder beyond signing in a replacement for Crysencio Summerville, according to The Athletic.

A release clause in Summerville’s Whites contract allowed West Ham to sign the Dutchman from Leeds for in excess of £25m plus add-ons.

Leeds are seeking a replacement for the winger and have opened talks to sign Norwich City winger Jonathan Rowe.

The Whites reportedly do not believe that it would be an impossible deal to pull off but Farke wants to add more players as well.

The Leeds boss wants to bring in one more full-back and a central midfielder before the end of the window.

Farke believes it should strengthen his squad enough to push for promotion again next season in the Championship.

Leeds re-signed Joe Rodon on a permanent deal from Tottenham and have also brought in midfielder Joe Rothwell on loan from Bournemouth, goalkeeper Alex Cairns from Salford City and right-back Jayden Bogle from Sheffield United.

The Whites lost the playoff final to Southampton last season and are keen to get over that heartbreak in the upcoming campaign.
