Leeds and Southampton are set to fight it out for Alaves goalkeeper Fernando Pacheco.

The 28-year-old came through the ranks at Real Madrid, but ultimately departed for Alaves in 2015 after failing to break into the first-team.

Pacheco has since established himself as a regular at Alaves, and his performances have caught the eye of potential suitors.

And Todo Fichajes says the two Premier League clubs have been left to jostle for Pacheco after Sevilla withdrew their interest.

Marcelo Bielsa is searching for a replacement for Kiko Casilla, while Saints want to add someone of Pacheco's experience to their squad.
