Leeds confirm signing of former France international

Leeds have confirmed the signing of defensive midfielder Josuha Guilavogui on a free transfer.

Guilavogui moves to Elland Road on a short-term deal until the end of the season after his contract at Mainz expired last summer.

The former France international, 34, also previously represented Atlético de Madrid, Wolfsburg, Bordeaux and Saint-Étienne.

Daniel Farke’s side currently sit second in The Championship after Tuesday’s 2-1 win over Watford.
