Roma midfielder Leandro Paredes reacted to his side’s 2-0 defeat to Bologna at the Stadio Dall’Ara.

In his post-match interview with DAZN, Paredes commented, “Bologna are very physical and we were not 100% as we thought we would be.”

“You always have to give your best. They were better than us, but now we have to think about the next match,” he said.

“We are aware that we will have four very difficult matches, it depends only on us what the outcome of this calendar will be,” he added.

“We don’t have to make excuses or look for things beyond football, we have to give our all for the three points.”

“Mourinho wants to stay? I haven’t seen his interview, but it will be a very important thing for us and for Roma, having him as a coach is an incredible thing.”
