League B Semifinals and Playoffs kick off

MIAMI – The 2025 Concacaf Boys’ Under-15 Championship continues on Friday with the semifinals and playoffs in League B in Oranjestad, Aruba.
The four winners from groups C, D, E, and F, will meet in the semifinals. The remaining teams in the group will have one additional match to determine their final position in the competition.
Semifinals
Puerto Rico vs. Guatemala
Group C winners Puerto Rico will try to continue its unbeaten run against Guatemala at Stadion CD Guillermo Trinidad.
Los Boricuas were stellar in group play as they racked up 12 goals while only conceding one. Captain Wilfredo Reyes leads the way with five goals so far in the tournament.
Los Chapines won Group F in large part to their 9-1 win over the British Virgin Islands to start the tournament. Guatemala won its second game, 1-nil, against Saint Kitts and Nevis before a scoreless draw against the Dominican Republic in the group finale.
Jamaica vs. Trinidad and Tobago
Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago meet to determine the second finalist at Stadion CD Guillermo Trinidad.
The Reggae Boyz swept through the opposition en route to winning Group D. Led by Carlondo Morris, they scored seven combined goals while not conceding any.
Trinidad and Tobago had similar success in winning Group E, tallying seven goals and recording three clean sheets as well.
While both teams boast scorers like Kelvin Brown and Adasa Richardson, the emphasis will be on the defensive efforts and goalkeepers, who have been perfect so far.
Playoffs
After group stage is played, the teams that do not advance to the semifinals are ranked based on their final position in their groups to determine the playoff matches, using the tie break criteria of section 12.6 of the 2025 Concacaf Boys’ Under-15 Championship regulations.
