Lazio’s Alessio Romagnoli dismisses Roma spell

Lazio defender Alessio Romagnoli – who played for Roma briefly as a youth between 2012 and 2015 – was recently asked to compare representing the Biancocelesti and the Giallorossi.

Romagnoli did not hesitate in giving a direct answer in his interview with DAZN. “Unlike with Roma, every time I step in Lazio’s training facilities, I am overwhelmed by so many emotions.”

“Every day that you enter Formello [Lazio training center] is exciting. My dad and my grandmother, who passed away many years ago, gave me the love for these colors. My dad has always been a Lazio fan, my grandmother too and I spent a lot of time with her as a child. I watched the games with them and back then Lazio was a winning team, they were very strong: it was very easy to become a fan of theirs.”
