Lazio attacker Luis Alberto admits they have themselves to blame after losing their Europa League tie with Porto.
Last night's 2-2 draw in Rome saw Lazio eliminated 3-4 on aggregate.
Alberto said: "Too bad because today was a beautiful night, the stadium was full and there was a perfect atmosphere. Barcelona played a great game, we weren't at our level but we mustn't lower our heads. I know how strong this group is and I know what we can do. Today is a a tough day, but we have to sleep well because on Sunday we have another important game.
"When we play like this we can play against any team. Now our team is fighting until the end. If we scored the second goal two minutes earlier, I think we would have forced extra-time."
Lazio teammate Danilo Cataldi also said: "These matches against Porto have given us the knowledge that we are a different team compared to two months ago. We can play against anyone. There is a lot of regret because I think we deserved something more tonight. As the coach has said many times, this is a long path and I hope it can bring important results."
