Serie A side Lazio have halted contract talks for Felipe Anderson amidst interest from Juventus.
Saudi Arabian clubs were interested in the Brazilian in the summer transfer window but a move never materialised, as the Brazilian wanted to stay at the club.
With his current deal running out in the summer, Daniele Longo has reported that Lazio president Claudio Lotito has temporarily halted contract talks for the Brazilian. Lotito believes that if he is committing €3.5 million per season to the ex-West Ham man, he expects better performances than what he has received this season.
Anderson is happy at Lazio and he sees his future at the club. His priority is to sign a new deal but Juve are keeping tabs on the player for some time now. They are looking at a winger to bolster their squad in January and Anderson could be an option, if things keep going downhill for a renewal at the Roman club.
Cristiano Guintoli is tempted by the opportunity but it all depends on Lazio.
