Lazio considering adding Ajax full-back Noussair Mazraoui | OneFootball

Lazio are prepared to lose versatile midfielder Adam Marušić this summer, with PSG the most-linked club to date.

Now, they could look to the Netherlands to go find his replacement.

According to Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport, Lazio will target Ajax full-back Noussair Mazraoui in the upcoming transfer window.

The 22-year-old was part of the Morocco squad in last year’s Africa Cup of Nations tournament after being a key component of Ajax’s Champions League semi-final run.

Despite his young age, Mazraoui has already made 76 first-team appearances to date since coming up through the academy and making his top-flight debut in 2018.

Though Mazraoui signed a contract extension last March, injuries have got the better of him this season, limiting him to 21 appearances competitions this season after contributing four goals in five assists in 48 games last season.
