Lawyers of Roma’s Nicola Zalewski are considering legal action, after the player was accused of illegal betting.

Paparazzi Fabrizio Corona had stated earlier today that he would reveal the name of a fourth player in the illegal betting case and he revealed that the player was Zalewski.

Sky Italia (via TMW) state that the winger has not been notified by the Turin Prosecutor’s office about the case yet and because of that, his lawyers are considering whether to take legal action against Corona or not.

Elsewhere, Nicolo Zaniolo has admitted to playing poker and blackjack on online portals and he has stated that he didn’t know about the legality of the platforms. Sandro Tonali had also played poker and blackjack on the same portals, with Nicolo Fagioli’s phone accessed and checked after he confessed to doing the crime.

The players found to have broken the rules will be eligible for a ban of at least three years from the sport, but the ban could be reduced in Fagioli’s case because of his help in the investigation.
