La Liga outfit Las Palmas have this week sanctioned an official approach for out-of-favour Paris Saint-Germain defender Layvin Kurzawa.
Kurzawa, for his part, is expected to be on the move this summer.
This comes with the 31-year-old, who has been afforded just a solitary Ligue 1 appearance across the season to date, set to see his terms at the Parc des Princes come to a close.
With no plans in place for negotiations over a renewal, Kurzawa, in turn, is in line to become a free agent with a view to next season.
And one club who appear keen on recruiting the experienced Frenchman, as alluded to above, comes in the form of Las Palmas.
As per a report from transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, the powers that be at Las Palmas have ‘approached Layvin Kurzawa to sign him as [a] free agent in the summer’.
The left-back, for his part, remains undecided on his plans for 2024/25, waiting for further approaches from clubs across the continent before making a definitive call.
As of yet, though, he certainly does not appear to have ruled out a potential move to Gran Canaria.
