Lampard stresses patience for Chelsea chemistry ahead of Sevilla clash

Frank Lampard has reiterated that Chelsea need time to develop chemistry,

The Blues have conceded nine goals in five Premier League games so far this season, but will have to be at their best against Europa League winners Sevilla on Tuesday.

With a bunch of new players in his squad, Lampard has called for patience as his team comes together.

"Concentration, focus and discipline is even more important against opposition like Sevilla," said Lampard to reporters.

"I keep talking about the need for work and how things can take time. We're playing with new players and it's understandable to have moments where I talk about game management. It has to be worked on with time. It's a lesson to be learnt in time."
