Burnley have completed the signing of England international Kyle Walker from Manchester City in a deal worth up to £5 million.
The 34-year-old has signed a two-year contract at Turf Moor and will be linking up once again with his former England and Spurs teammate, now Burnley manager, Scott Parker, as preparations begin for the 2025/26 Premier League season.
Walker made 15 appearances for City in the first half of last season before heading out on loan to AC Milan in January. The Serie A side decided not to take up the option of a permanent transfer.
His time at City was hugely successful - over eight seasons he collected 17 major honours, including six Premier League titles, two FA Cups, and a Champions League, playing a key role in their historic treble-winning campaign.
On the international stage, he’s earned 96 caps for England, proving to be a consistent and reliable presence over the years.
Walker is Burnley’s fifth addition this summer, following the arrivals of Axel Tuanzebe, Quilindschy Hartman, Max Weiß and French winger Loum Tchaouna.
