Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s position on his future hasn’t changed with Antonio Conte’s arrival at Napoli, as he still wants to leave the Stadio Diego Maradona, with the club now open to considering his exit in January after resuming talks with PSG.
The Georgian ace already seemed on the verge of leaving the Partenopei last summer before eventually remaining in Serie A after the appointment of the Italian tactician, but the two parties haven’t made any significant progress on contract extension talks in recent months.

With the Ligue 1 giants now reportedly willing to restart negotiations for the 23-year-old, things could change compared to last summer, as Napoli would be ready to listen to offers during the winter transfer window, especially after learning that the player is still seeking to leave and won’t presumably sign any new deal, as explained by Tuttomercatoweb.
While PSG are said to be considering a player-plus-cash swap deal, which could include centre-back Milan Skriniar, Gianluca Di Marzio reported that the Partenopei would be available to sell the player for €80m cash.

David Neres’ brilliant recent form also led the club not to consider Kvaratskhelia untouchable anymore, as they’re also looking around for potential replacements, with Federico Chiesa and Lille’s Edon Zeghrova on their radar.
The Georgia international has managed five goals in 17 Serie A appearances for Napoli this season, although he scored his last net during his side’s 2-0 win at Milan in late October.
