Real Madrid will lock horns with Barcelona at the Nou Camp this Saturday as they look to collect all three points in the Clasico. Los Blancos earned a hard-fought 2-1 win away at Braga recently which will keep them in good spirits ahead of this game.

Carlo Ancelotti will set his men up in a 4-3-1-2 formation and could make a few changes to his first team for this clash. Toni Kroos and David Alaba are expected to play from the start of this game.

Defence

Kepa Arrizabalaga will feature in between the sticks for Los Blancos after conceding one goal in his last appearance. David Alaba will resume his defensive partnership with Antonio Rudiger at the centre of Ancelotti’s defence as they try to keep things solid at the back during the 90 minutes.

Dani Carvajal will once again operate as the right-back while Eduardo Camavinga looks to catch the eye on the other flank as the left-back. Both of them will need to perform their defensive duties well if they want to restrict the opposition from causing problems from the wide areas.

Nacho will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield

Toni Kroos, Aurelien Tchouameni and Federico Valverde will anchor the midfield for the Madrid outfit as they look to make life difficult for the opposition at the centre of the park.

Jude Bellingham will play in the number ten position as he looks to put in a productive display in the final third.

Luka Modric will have to be content with a place on the bench as he waits for his chance to influence the game in the second half if required.

Attack

Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo will lead the charge for the Madrid giants in the final third. Both of them need to find a way to cause a lot of chaos inside the Barcelona penalty box this weekend.

Joselu will have to settle for a spot on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the final quarter of the game if Real Madrid are in need of a goal by then.
