Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has said his touchline disagreement with Mohamed Salah has been completely resolved this week.

Klopp and Salah were embroiled in a heated argument during last weekend’s 2-2 draw at West Ham, as the latter was prepared to enter the pitch as a second-half substitute.

Having been dropped for the clash, Salah was disgruntled with the Liverpool boss and when asked post-match for comment said ‘there would be fire’ if he spoke in the immediate aftermath of the fallout.

Liverpool take on Tottenham in the Premier League this weekend and ahead of the game Klopp said the dispute has been resolved between the pair.

“Completely resolved. It’s no problem. If we didn’t know each other for so long I’m not sure how we would deal with it but we know each other for that long and respect each other too much,” Klopp said at his pre-match press conference.

“It’s really no problem so we can deal with these kind of things completely independent of any expectations from the outside.

“We are absolutely fine with it but in general the best situation would be, everybody in the best possible place, we win the game, score lots of goals and yes the situation probably would not have been like that. It all depends on each other.”
