Kazaiah Sterling leaves Spurs and heads to Sunderland on loan

Kazaiah Sterling has left Tottenham to join Sunderland on loan until the end of the season.

Sterling has been around the first team squad at Spurs this season but has only made one FA Cup appearance for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

And in a bid to gain more senior minutes, the 20-year-old has been allowed to leave north London and will head to the Stadium of Light.

Sunderland are currently fifth in League One and face AFC Wimbledon this Saturday.
