Karim Benzema has become Real Madrid’s second highest goal scorer of all time.
The France international doubled Real’s lead in the Super Cup against Frankfurt with a typical first-time effort from within the penalty area.
That goal put Benzema on 324 goals, surpassing Los Blancos legend Raúl’s 323 with Cristiano Ronaldo still leading the pack having scored a staggering 450 goals in Real’s famous white.
Like a fine wine, the 34-year-old only seems to be getting better with age.
