In a devastating blow for both the player and his club, Karim Benzema was forced off injured in the 42nd minute of Al Ittihad’s Saudi Pro League clash with Al Wehda.

The former Real Madrid legend went down clutching his hamstring before being substituted off for ex-Celtic man Jota.
