Arsenal have announced that Kai Havertz and Alessia Russo have been named Player of the Month. The duo’s impressive displays earned them the accolade for their respective men’s and women’s teams.

Havertz shines for men’s team

Kai Havertz has been recognised for his impressive contributions in April, securing the Men’s Player of the Month award.

The attacking midfielder notched an impressive four goals and provided three assists in just six Premier League appearances for the Gunners.

This is Havertz’s second Player of the Month award this season.

Martin Odegaard, Leandro Trossard, and Ben White were also nominated for the award.

Russo leads the way for women’s team

On the women’s side, Alessia Russo takes home the Player of the Month award for April.

Russo’s phenomenal performance throughout the month was instrumental in her securing the vote. She struck the net a remarkable four times in just three games, including goals against Bristol City, Leicester City, and Everton.
