Juventus are keen on signing Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba, who will be out of contract next month.
The Old Lady reportedly met with Pogba’s representatives on Monday to discuss a potential move.
Tuttomercatoweb claims that Juve have offered the French World Cup winner a salary of €7 million plus €3m in bonuses per season, which is slightly lower than Paris Saint-Germain’s €12m.
PSG are also in the race for Pogba, with whom they have been in direct contact. Manchester City were also said to be interested in his signing, but he is not interested in moving to United’s crosstown rivals.
Juve have added Atalanta forward Luis Muriel as one of the attacking targets for the summer as they continue their search for attacking reinforcements.
The Old Lady recently parted ways with Paulo Dybala, while Alvaro Morata’s future is also far from secured, with his loan spell expiring next month.
Angel Di Maria and Nicolo Zaniolo are some of the targets for the summer, while Tuttomercatoweb now reports that Juve added Muriel to their wishlist.
Despite being a late bloomer, the Colombian striker has been impressive for La Dea over the past few years.
Perhaps, the 31-year-old has netted 59 goals and 22 assists in 128 games for Atalanta while also hitting double figures for goals and assists in the last two seasons.
The Old Lady have to fend off fellow rivals AS Roma, who are also interested in signing Muriel.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that Matthijs de Ligt is close to signing an extension, thus putting an end to his exit speculations.
The Dutch defender will pen a new deal until 2026, and he is expected to play a more central role in the backline following Giorgio Chiellini’s departure.
