Juventus are flying high at the top of the Serie A table but they may soon have supporter trouble.

With ticket prices increased for the current season, many members of the Curva displayed their displeasure with the club management during Friday’s match.

Paulo Dybala opened the scoring in the sixth minute and Juventus did not look back, dispatching Frosinone 3-0 in the Serie A contest.

The Bianconeri players may be preparing for a stiffer challenge in Champions League but the club staff should pay attention to the actions of some of the most ardent supporters.

The club enjoyed a more silent evening than usual at Juventus Stadium, where the Curva had imposed a strike to signal their discontent with the ticket prices.

This was not the first instance in which organized groups of Juve supporters launched a protest in this style.

According to Italian outlet Tuttosport, the Curva has token a vow of silence in the past to produce an eerie climate in the stands despite the remarkable football on display on the pitch.

Juventus acquiring Cristiano Ronaldo had a clear impact on tickets across the board for Juventus. Season ticket prices increased by 30% and individual match tickets also saw a price-bump.

Even though Dybala, Leonardo Bonucci, and Ronaldo combined for an emphatic score-line, there was relatively little celebration to be found inside the stadium.

Normally rapid supporters were silent, many seats remained empty, and the players saw off the challenge from Frosinone without a raucous crowd.
