Juventus have finalised an agreement to sign striker Arkadiusz Milik from Marseille following his one-year loan spell in Turin, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Pole will join the Bianconeri permanently ahead of next season. His agent Dawid Pantak and the Italian club got the deal over the line today.

Milik did not set Serie A alight with his performances. He bagged nine goals and one assist in 41 appearances in all competitions.

However, it was enough to convince the Old Lady to sign him for €6 million. A €1m clause in the deal activates after a certain number of appearances.

Lazio considered a move for the former Napoli man. He has previously worked under Lazio boss Maurizio Sarri, but Juventus were always ahead of their Serie A rivals.

Juventus are preparing for next season in the Europa Conference League with financial problems and financial issues hanging over their heads.

They will have to move subtly in the transfer window. They have already let Angel Di Maria go because of his high wages, and Adrien Rabiot could follow.

If Juventus want to secure crucial funds this summer, they must sell valuable assets.

One of the most valuable on their books is centre-forward Dusan Vlahovic. After an underwhelming spell with the Bianconeri, he wants to leave the club.

Massimiliano Allegri’s tactics have not favoured him, and he wants to go elsewhere. Juventus have set an €80 million price tag on the Serbian international.

They paid around the same sum to sign him from Fiorentina in January 2022.

However, while there has been interest in the player, no club is making concrete plans to sign him.

The 23-year-old has been linked with Bayern Munich and Chelsea, but both clubs want other targets.
