According to a report by Gianluca Di Marzio, Francisco Conceicao is set to join Juventus on a season-long loan spell. The Portuguese will arrive in Turin tomorrow to complete his medical examinations and sign his contract.
The Bianconeri reached an agreement with the Primeira Liga side for the player on a €7 million plus €2 million in bonuses deal. Conceicao was not called up by Porto in their last match versus Rio Ave as he was part of final negotiations.
During the 2022-23 season, the 21-year-old was on loan at Ajax and became a regular in Roberto Martinez’s Portgual team at Euro 2024. He scored the decisive goal in his international debut against Czech Republic.
Juventus are looking to add Nico Gonzalez to their ranks too and they are waiting to receive confirmation from Atalanta’s Teun Koopmeiners before progressing with the transfers.
