Juventus will surely add to their squad in the January window, as they attempt to capture their first Champions League title since the 1995-96 season.
According to The Times, Juve have been tracking Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford long before United’s 2-1 win in Turin, where Rashford appeared as a 70th-minute substitute.
The 21-year-old currently has a contract at Manchester United until 2020 with the club having the option to extend that by a further year.
Rashford has arguably been given much more freedom in Gareth Southgate’s England squad, where he has scored three goals this season – more than he has at United (two).
In fact, José Mourinho has yet to allow Rashford to go the full 90 minutes in any of the striker’s five Premier League starts this season.
Mourinho’s handling of the player has been highly criticised, as Rashford’s performances in the England shirt have been brilliant in comparison to lethargic appearances for United.
United goalkeeper David de Gea has also been linked to the Italian giants – who have dropped just two points through 12 Serie A matches this season.
