Juventus will not pay the €35 million to purchase Álvaro Morata from Atlético Madrid, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report suggests that despite both Morata and Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri being keen on the striker staying in Turin, Juve are not willing to pay the full amount. Instead, the Bianconeri will propose a new figure of €15 million including bonuses to Atlético.

Morata has scored 12 times for Juventus this season across all competitions, with nine of his goals coming in Serie A.

The Spaniard has also often been linked with a move to Barcelona. The latest reports regarding that saga indicate that Atlético have offered Morata to Barcelona as part of the permanent transfer for Antoine Griezmann, with the idea of not having to pay the entire €40 million fee for the French forward.
