Juventus are set to keep their tabs open heading into the winter transfer window as they earmark the situation of PSG midfielder Fabian Ruiz.

Tuttojuve reports that the Bianconeri are well aware that Spanish tactician Luis Enrique is not to fond of the the holding midfielder, which could possibly tip the former Napoli player to depart Paris at the midway point of this year’s current campaign.

So far this season, the 27-year-old has only made eleven appearances in the Ligue 1, only five of those as a starter for the European giants.

The Old Lady view Fabian Ruiz as an ideal alternative for Manchester City central play-maker Kalvin Phillips in order to bolster the midfield given his familiarity with the Serie A, as a result the unfortunate circumstances regarding Nicolo Fagioli and Paul Pogba.

Whilst his contract with the French outfits only expires in the summer of 2027, Juventus hope that his lack of playing time under for Spanish national team coach Luis Enrique can work in their favour in tipping him towards a possible exit within the near future.
