Juventus growing confident signing Chelsea striker Giroud

Juventus are growing confident of signing Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud.

Having previously declared he planned to play out the season with the Blues, Sky Italia says the veteran is now warming to a move to Turin this month.

Juve are willing to match Giroud's demand of an 18 month contract and also find a way to meet Chelsea's asking price.

Chelsea want €5m to sell this month.

And while Juve would prefer a free transfer, they're open to negotiating bonus-based terms which would eventually reach €5m if all targets are reached.
