Scorers: Vlahović 59′, 68′, Bremer 85′
After a stale first half, Juventus came out swinging in the second interval.
The visitors knocked on the door repeatedly before finding a deserved opener through the red-hot Dušan Vlahović.
The Serbian got himself on the scoresheet once again less than 10 minutes after his first, getting the final touch on a Weston Mckennie header that beat the goalkeeper.
The result was wrapped up in the dying minutes when Bremer leapt above the Lecce defence to head home a superb cross and put Juve three in front.
A superb second-half showing was all Juve needed to collect all three points and leapfrog Inter in first place in Serie A for the time being.
Now trailing Juve by one point in the Serie A title race, Inter do have a game in hand over the new league leaders.
