According to a report from Foot Mercato, Juventus and Bayer Leverkusen are interested in SM Caen winger Tidiam Gomis (17).
Gomis, who competed for France at the U17 World Cup, has been hampered by injuries this season. However, he has still managed nine Ligue 2 appearances as he looks to break through at formative club Caen. However, it looks as though his time in the first team at his formative club could be ephemeral.
Whilst Caen are trying to extend Gomis’ contract, the player himself favours a move away at the end of the season. Two European giants are waiting to make their move. According to Foot Mercato, Bayer Leverkusen, who look on course to win the Bundesliga title, want to sign the winger, having failed in an attempt to do so last January.
In the meantime, Serie A side Juventus have also entered into the race, with Caen reportedly demanding a considerable sum to part ways with Gomis.
