Juventus director Fabio Paratici has admitted that he will sit down with Mario Mandžukić in the coming weeks to discuss a potential departure from the club.
Mandžukić looked set to leave Turin over the summer with Qatari club Al Rayyan heavily linked with his signature.
That move collapsed at the 11th hour, however since then the Croatia international has been rumoured to be of interest to Manchester United.
Reports in Italy have claimed that the veteran goalscorer is to be offered an 18-month deal at Old Trafford worth around €4m per year.
And now Paratici has confirmed that it looks to all intents and purposes as if Mandžukić will leave the Bianconeri during the winter window.
“With Mandžukić, we chose a quiet time for him to leave but a move to Qatar [in the summer] did not materialise so he stayed with us,” he told AS.
“Now we will talk to him and see what happens in January.”
