Fulham’s move for Justin Kluivert has fallen through, after the 23-year-old was refused a work permit, according to David Ornstein of the Athletic.
The UK’s exit from the European Union means that players need to prove their status in order to play in England.

Despite having made 25 starts in Ligue 1 for Nice last season, his lack of appearances for parent club Roma meant he failed to meet the FA criteria.
There is no appeal process, leaving Fulham and Roma forced to go back to the drawing board before the transfer window closes.
