“Just a matter of days” – Fabrizio Romano provides Jules Kounde to Chelsea update | OneFootball

Chelsea are looking to secure their second summer signing very soon in the shape of Sevilla defender, Jules Kounde.

Things have been heating up on this one over the last week or so and according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Kounde has agreed terms and agree to join Chelsea, he is just waiting for the clubs to agree a fee.

As seen in the video below, Romano has provided his latest update and he sounds positive on the deal.

He says it is ‘just a matter of days’ to understand if Sevilla will accept the proposal from Chelsea which is money plus Kurt Zouma.

Romano says they are negotiating on this and the priority is a centre back for Chelsea.
