Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has discussed the atmosphere among the Reds’ players amid the difficult patch the club is going through.
League form has gone through the floor in 2021 to now leave the Reds in sixth place ahead of another weekend of Premier League action.
The title looks to be gone and now all there is to play for is finishing in the top four and trying to win the Champions League at the end of the season.
Naturally, then, concerns might have grown around the mood amongst the squad but Jurgen Klopp was fairly positive when discussing it yesterday afternoon ahead of the trip to Sheffield United:

With Chelsea playing Manchester United and West Ham travelling to Manchester City, now could be a golden time to win on Sunday evening and try and build some momentum in the race for the top four.
The injuries keep coming with Jordan Henderson the latest to pick up a problem but there are still quality players on the pitch in red and they need to show what they are about now.
The excuses can only go on for so long, it’s time the Reds fought back.
