Júnior Urso praises his Corinthians midfield partner Ralf | OneFootball

Júnior Urso arrived at Corinthians prior to the start of the current season but has already settled into the starting lineup.

Ahead of Sunday’s Campeonato Paulista semi-final first leg against Santos, the midfielder spoke of his blossoming partnership with veteran team-mate Ralf.

“For me it’s great to be playing with Ralf. I’ve been with him for a long time. It’s an honor for me to be a part of this team.”

“I’m happy to be a part of this partnership with him, especially in an expressive club like Corinthians. I hope to be by his side to celebrating together with Timão.”

Urso also described the style of play of his 34-year-old partner, who he hailed as a model footballer.

“He is fantastic. I was just talking to my mother about people that I admired from afar, Ralf has been one of those people. A professional of the highest level.”
