Junior coach tells Liverpool fans: Conor Bradley's potential is something else | OneFootball

Conor Bradley's first coach in Northern Ireland is delighted seeing him make his breakthrough at Liverpool.

Bradley, 18, made his senior debut for the Reds in Tuesday's 3-0 win over Norwich City in the Carabao Cup. By representing the Reds, the 18-year-old defender became the first Northern Irish player to play a competitive game for the club since 1954 and has left those back in his home country feeling proud.

Rory Lynch, who was Bradley's first coach at his local side St Patrick's, told the Irish Times: “The only surprise is they've not sold Alexander-Arnold yet.

“Conor wants to be the best about, he's always wanting to get better. I mind so many times driving past Mitchell Park, stopping down and there was Conor, cones set up, him and Steafan Deery just down doing drills by themselves. The cub was always trying to improve.

“You haven't seen anywhere near Conor's full potential yet. This kid, I'm telling you, he's something else."
