As we reported yesterday, Jude Bellingham underwent shoulder surgery this Wednesday. Real Madrid has now issued an official statement!

Arriving at Real Madrid in 2023, Jude Bellingham has been struggling with a shoulder injury, to the point that surgery became necessary. The relentless schedule of competitions forced the Englishman to postpone the operation until Wednesday, July 16, 2025. The midfielder has now gone under the knife and is expected to be sidelined for a recovery period of three to four months.

"Our player Jude Bellingham has successfully undergone surgery for a recurring dislocation of his left shoulder. The procedure was performed by Drs. Manuel Leyes and Andrew Wallace, under the supervision of Real Madrid's medical staff. Bellingham will now begin a period of rehabilitation before continuing his recovery," Real Madrid announced in an official statement following the operation.
