Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham has been named the club’s Mahou Cinco Estrellas Player of the Month for November.
The 21-year-old was in fine form for Los Blancos last month, netting in back-to-back La Liga games against Osasuna and Leganes.
He teed up Ballon d’Or runner-up Vinicius Junior for the opener that set Carlo Ancelotti’s side on their way to an emphatic 4-0 win against Osasuna at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Bellingham also bagged the second goal before Vinicius wrapped up the points with a stunning eight-minute second-half brace to complete his hat-trick.
His goal also wrapped up the points against Leganes as Los Blancos steamrolled to a 3-0 win.
After bagging the award, Bellingham said (via the club’s official website): “It’s very special for me to receive this award from the fans and to know that they appreciate my performances.
“My performance has improved a lot this month, and it’s nice to receive this recognition. I’m always focused on the next game.
“I’m focused on the next challenges, but I’m grateful to get this recognition. What’s important is what’s coming up to the end of the season.
“I’m scoring more goals now, playing much better, and feeling very confident. Now I have to keep going.”
Bellingham was central to Madrid’s dominance last season, helping Ancelotti’s side to the La Liga and Champions League titles with 23 goals and 13 assists in 42 games.
He endured a slow start to the 2024/25 season, going 11 games without a goal. But he has sparked into life over the past couple of weeks, scoring in each of his last five La Liga games for Madrid.
The 2024 European Championship finalist has also scored in each of his last four games across all competitions, including the match-winner in the 3-2 win against Atalanta in the Champions League.
He’ll be looking to add to his tally when Madrid visit mid-table Rayo Vallecano on Saturday.
