Jude Bellingham made his England-U21 bow on Friday evening, becoming the youngest player to ever feature for the team.
At 17 years, 2 months and 6 days old, Bellingham beat Theo Walcott’s record by over three months.
And he added another piece of history after coming off the bench, becoming the team’s youngest ever goalscorer with a superb strike from the edge of the area.
Not bad going.
The midfielder could yet become the fourth youngest player to ever appear for Borussia Dortmund when the 2020/21 season begins next weekend.
