The 19-year-old has enjoyed his best season at Borussia Dortmund to date after starring for the Three Lions at the World Cup.

Across 34 games club appearances this season, the teenager has scored 10 goals while registering six assists, while recording one of each in Qatar for England.

As such, the former Birmingham youngster continues to be linked with a move away from the German club.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has publicly talked up Bellingham and Dortmund have already admitted they cannot afford to “have a fight” financially should leading clubs move in.

Real Madrid, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked and Standard Sport understands Chelsea hold a long-standing interest in the player.

Still, the Liverpool rumours refuse to go away and Bellingham did little to cool them when greeting fans during England training at St George’s Park.

In a photo released by the FA, Bellingham can be seen signing a Liverpool fan’s shirt, something Adam Lallana also did back in 2014 prior to his move from Southampton.

In January, Klopp told SportBILD: “Jude is a great player who we know, of course.

“We’d be stupid not to have him on our radar. But there’s nothing more to say at the moment.

“These things (talking directly to Bellingham’s parents) are not possible because he is under contract with Borussia Dortmund and that is not possible without their consent. So, it’s not true.”
