Jude Bellingham has been crowned the Golden Boy award winner for 2023.
The England international joins Lionel Messi, Wayne Rooney and Erling Haaland in claiming the accolade for the best young player.
Bellingham continued his stellar form for club and country after joining Real Madrid from Borussia Dortmund for a reported âŹ103m.
Since linking up with Carlo Ancelottiâs side, the 20-year-old has scored 14 goals in his first 17 appearances of the season to date.
âIâd like to thank everyone thatâs been part of my journey so far at Birmingham, Dortmund and now Madrid,â said Bellingham.
âIt wouldnât be possible without them. Thereâs so many, Iâd be here for hours naming them all.
âLastly and most importantly my family, who give me the support and the motivation and the love every day to keep striving.
âNow that Iâve got this beautiful award, I want to keep going and keep pushing the limits of my potential and hopefully many more trophies to come.â
Bellingham recently withdrew from Englandâs latest Euro 2024 qualifying squad with a shoulder injury sustained on club duty.
