Jodie Bartle is that kind of tough tackling, no nonsense Celtic defender that fans love. And yesterday at K-Park in the 3-0 win over Hearts in the SWPL there were shades of former centre-half Jozo Simunovic whose tackle in Celtic’s 5-1 thrashing of theRangers at Ibrox sent the former Scotland striker into orbit.

A Hearts forward looked favourite to win the ball and bear down on the Celtic goal but Jodie had other ideas. Watch for yourself and see if that reminds you of Jozo’s Ibrox tackle on the striker the Celtic fans called Kenny Misser…
