Diogo Jota has been won over by one Liverpool youngster this season.

Jota believes Liverpool youngster Kaide Gordon could go on to become a world-class hit at the club.

Gordon has wowed coaches at Melwood and has already impressed Jurgen Klopp with his antics while there are some that reckon the 17-year-old is on his way to stardom. He has already made his debut for Liverpool his season after playing against Norwich in the Carabao Cup.

Since then, the teenager has made a further three appearances so far this campaign. And he even has got on the scoresheet when he netted against Shrewsbury Town in the FA Cup.

Jota admitted he could see the wonderkid going on to become a sensation in Europe when he was asked by PlayStation which Liverpool player does he see taking over the Champions League.

“Kaide Gordon," he answered almost immediately. “His future looks great."
