As a result of his stellar performances in the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich this season, 18-year-old Joshua Zirkee has earned his first call-up to the Netherlands U21 side.
Zirkee has previously represented the Netherlands at all levels from the U15s to the U-19s.

In fact, Zirkee was last called up to the Netherlands U-19 side in November, where he scored three goals during a pair of friendlies against Czech Republic and Mexico.
So far this season for Bayern, Zirkee has contributed three goals and an assist in five Bundesliga matches, becoming the second-fastest player to score three Bundesliga goals (26 minutes).
