Joseda Menargues was delighted with his first senior experience with Valencia.
Menargues saw action in the friendly win against Atromitos FC.
He told the club's website: “I am very happy and proud, and also grateful to everyone who has given me the opportunity to play. It is another step forward."
He was used in several different positions, demonstrating his versatility.
"I had played at left back before, and it is similar to playing on the right. As for operating in midfield, it's a question of adapting to what is required of you."
Menargues arrived at the club at the age of 14 and has participated in the UEFA Youth League and played many games as a starter for VCF Mestalla.
“Valencia CF are following us closely and giving us opportunities. You have to take advantage of them and be prepared. They tell us that we should be calm and have confidence, and be fully committed; in football, nothing comes for free."
“They are giving many of us the opportunity to train with the first team, and that is a dream that we have had from a young age."
