José Juan Macías: Europe rumours grow after skipping press conference | OneFootball

Chivas striker José Juan Macías has been the subject of a European switch for some time now, and thanks to his actions, speculation has now reached an all-time high.

Macías was supposed to appear for a virtual press conference on Thursday but skipped out for reasons unknown.

The broadcast was live but was postponed just 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time due to ‘technical difficulties’ that coincided with rumours of an offer from an unnamed Russian club.

The 20-year-old feels that it’s his time to shine at a higher level following a return of 30 goals in 82 career games with both Chivas and Club León, also proving himself on the international stage.

It’s believed other clubs from Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and England have enquired about the star striker, who could be available for €10m (roughly $11.3m) this summer.
