Lille defender Jose Fonte is backing Ruben Dias for success with Manchester City.

Former Southampton captain Fonte said of his Portugal teammate: "They get a really good player.
"I have no doubt he is ready for the Premier League. He has played at the highest level the last three seasons."
Fonte added on talkSPORT: "He starts every match for Portugal and always wants to get better. Manchester City need him and I'm sure he's excited to show his qualities."
